This will ensure that the User can configure and reserve the property and save all its configurations so that they can be consulted when necessary. After activation by the Real Estate Company, the User will receive configuration instructions and an email to the email address provided to the Real Estate Company upon activation, confirming successful registration and creation of the User's personal account. The Reserved Area is accessible through access credentials that include a username and a password, the length of which may not be less than 8 characters, in accordance with the password creation criteria indicated from time to time on the Site. The User's username, on the other hand, will be the email address provided by the User when filling out the Site's contact form. The User may cancel his/her account at any time by sending an e-mail to Real Estate Company at the addresses indicated above. The User is obliged to keep his access data confidential.
The User is in any case obliged to provide personal contact data that can only be traced back to him/her and not shared with third parties.
The User shall be liable for all activities and operations carried out with the activated Account and shall immediately notify the Real Estate Company, by email, of any unauthorised use of his/her account and access to the Reserved Area.
The Website in its entirety, as well as all material contained therein, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
The contents published or in any case present on the Site - including, by way of example but not limited to, the trademarks, logos, images, press releases and documents in general produced therein, as well as the application software and codes used to implement the Site - are the exclusive property of the Real Estate Company, or used with the prior authorisation or licence of the relative owner.
The Real estate Company reserves all rights over them, including that of reproduction: the User may use said contents only if strictly necessary for the correct use of the Site. Any other use is prohibited. Copying and reproduction of any text on the Site and/or present on other sites managed by the Real Estate Company is not considered a permitted operation.
The security of data transmitted via Internet network protocols cannot be guaranteed with the degree of certainty.
